Admissions and Applications

Our Process

We begin accepting applications in January.  Acceptances are announced on a rolling basis until full enrollment and then a waiting list is established. Please note:

  • Full payments at registration guarantees preferential placement into a course
  • Changes after June 1 are subject to availability and a $50 processing fee
  • There is a non-refundable $125 deposit per course
  • All payments are due by June 1 and credit cards will be charged any outstanding balance by June 1
  • Any registrations after June 1 will require full payment

You will not be able to register for courses that are full. If this is the case, please email summer@hunschool.org.

You have two payment options.

  1. Make the full payment now (guarantees preferential placement)
  2. Pay in installments:  The Hun School will charge the credit card on file for the student on specific dates

To accept a student, the Hun Summer Programs Office must have the completed application, all online signatures on the application, current photo uploaded, and a completed Credit Course Permission Form for a credit course.
